This week we on She Slays, we are in conversation with 26-years-old Harini Joshi from Gujarat. Harini was diagnosed with two holes in her heart when she was merely 2-3 years old. She went ahead to get an open heart surgery done at the age of 4 in Chennai and was implanted with a pacemaker. Today her heart is fully dependent on the pacemaker for its functioning.
